We are pleased invite you to the 17th International Conference on Computers, Communications, and Systems (ICCCS2019) which will be held on May 17-18, 2019 at Daegu University in Gyeongsan, South Korea. The ICCCS has been organized successfully since 1998 with the objectives of bringing together researchers, developers, and practitioners from academia and industry working in all areas of computers, communications, and systems. Daegu University was founded in 1956 based on the spirit of Love, Light, Freedom. Since that time, it has grown to become a prestigious private institution in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions.
Daegu and Gyeongsan cities are one of the largest metropolitan area in South Korea. with over 2.8 million residents. Daegu is located in south-eastern of Korea about 290 kilometers and 90-110 minutes by high speed train (KTX or SRT) from Seoul and about 110 kilometers and 45 minutes from Busan. Daegu University is located in Gyeongsan and takes 20 minutes by train from Daegu. Attractions include 4 UNESCO World Heritage Sites located in the vicinities.
Social Tour to Gyeong-ju (May 18)
The City of Gyeong-ju has an important and rich history. For centuries, the city served as the capital of the Silla Dynasty (57-935 BC), the longest period of reign in the history of Korea. Even today, you’ll find ancient landmarks blanketing the city. These ancient relics are such an integral part of the landscape that is commonly known as the “museum without walls.”
